Register now to learn about dune restoration efforts in the Pacific and Caribbean aimed at addressing coastal erosion and increasing island resilience to storms. Dr. Robert Mayer, from the University of Puerto Rico, will share biomimicry approaches for dune restoration in Puerto Rico. Wesley Crile, from Hawai‘i Sea Grant, will speak about restoration efforts in the Hawaiian Islands and the dune restoration guidance developed by Sea Grant.
