Facilitation Basics for Coastal Managers

The NOAA Office of Coastal Management is offering this course as a two-part virtual training. Coastal managers can learn how to manage the needs and interests of diverse groups in coastal communities. Participants will learn basic facilitation skills, engagement techniques and tips to manage disruptive behaviors. All levels of experience are welcome.

Six hours of professional credit are available for this course from the American Institute of Certified Planners.
